The Israel Deception

Is the return of Israel in the 20th century truly a work of God, or is it a result of a cosmic chess move to deceive the elect by the adversary?

Former Wall Street insider and head of the OMB calls out bank ceo’s as liars and untrustworthy

Almost eight years ago, the former CEO of Bear Stearns appeared on CNBC to say that they were fully capitalized, and had $26 billion in liquidity.  Three days later, the 85 year old institution was gone forever.
Subsequently, other long-standing banks would also fail during that tumultuous year, with executives and business news analysts lying to investors who lost everything by not getting out while their shares were still available to be traded.
Fast forward to 2016.
Germany’s largest financial institution Deutsche Bank stands on the cusp of the next ‘Lehman Moment’, and once again members of the bank, along with business analysts, are downplaying their straits as being of ‘little note’.

Got Karatbars? Asia imploding, European banks collapsing, and gold on cusp of first $100 trading day

One day after Federal Reserve Chairman Janet Yellen did little to infuse confidence into the markets, the world stands on the precipice of the next global financial collapse.  Beginning in Asia, where stock markets were crushed and the Yen fell to a several year low of 110 to the dollar, and moving into Europe where Germany's largest bank dropped another 9% on its way to perhaps the biggest insolvency of the century, the threats are weighing on central banks to not only go full into negative interest rates, but to implement a new round of QE valued in the tens of trillions.

In response to this, very few markets are representing safe havens.  And judging by the overnight trading in the gold markets, the metal appears ready to skyrocket and potentially give investors and savers in gold its first $100 trading day.

Gold has moved over $42 today through the middle of European trading with U.S. equity markets already down -290 points in their futures.  And more importantly, the benchmark 10-year bond is down to an astounding 1.58%... meaning that returns on historic safe havens are being limited to the physical metals.

Pre-U.S. market open breakdown
Yesterday morning, when musing on the day's key event namely Yellen's congressional testimony, we dismissed the most recent bout of European bank euphoria which we said "will be brief if not validated by concrete actions, because while central banks have the luxury of jawboning, commercial banks are actually burning through funds - rapidly at that - and don't have the luxury of hoping for the best while doing nothing." This morning DB has wiped out all of yesterday's gain.

As for Yellen's testimony, we said that "she can send stocks reeling with one word out of place" - the word in question being not what she said but what she didn't say, in this case not being dovish enough and thus supportive enough of risk. And the consequence is there for all to see as soon as their trading terminal boots up: everything is crashing (with the exception of China which is on holiday, and Japan which was mercifully closed yesterday). Here are the highlights:
S&P 500 futures down 1.8% to 1814
Stoxx 600 down 3.4% to 304
FTSE 100 down 2.6% to 5525
DAX down 2.9% to 8760

Here at The Daily Economist we have been talking about the need to get out of paper assets, bank accounts, and into physical gold for several years, and although it took about eight years following the 2008 Credit Crisis and bank collapses for the next event to occur, the ramifications of this new crisis is happening before out eyes.  And your window for getting out of stocks, bonds, and potential bail-in scenarios and into physical gold is shrinking close to the point of no return.

And is why you need Karatbars more than ever

Buying gold through Karatbars is one of the easiest things on the net.  In fact, the business model of Karatbars is to sell gold in affordable quantities, such as 1, 2.5, and 5 gram increments, and allow customers to get into the metal without having to shell out $1200+ for a single ounce coin.

And as added perks to signing up with Karatbars, as a customer or affiliate, Karatbars is working on a new e-wallet system that functions just like an offshore bank account, and is outside the authority of the banking system.  From there, you can take your fiat currency in any denomination... dollars, euros, yen, etc... and purchase physical gold which can either be delivered directly to you, or stored for free at one of Karatbar's vaults.

Additionally, any gold that you buy can easily be sold back to Karatbars, or any metals dealer, and if with Karatbars it is then exchanged for currency that is uploaded to you through a pre-loaded debit Mastercard which is connected directly to your e-wallet.  And as we know, MasterCard is recognized in nearly every country around the world, and usable in any currency that accepts it.

But perhaps the best feature with Karatbars is their affiliate program, where you can earn money off commissions from getting others to sign up and become a customer or affiliate.  Not only do you receive commissions from their purchasing of physical gold, but you also earn commissions from anyone who buys a commission package, with that money going directly into your debit MasterCard when you have enough units to cycle.

Imagine the ability to earn the money in which to buy your gold savings simply by purchasing a commission affiliate package one time, and then getting others to sign up and do the same thing.

How many businesses or entrepreneurs can build an infinite business with spending less than $400 of their own money?  And there is never a mandatory requirement to buy beyond what you desire, on your own schedule.  And there is nothing to lose, because you're using money (paper dollars) to buy gold (physical money) and in the end you don't lose a thing.

The global financial system, along with dozens of respected economists, are telling us that now is the time for the end of our current form of money, and the beginning of the transition into a new monetary system that is expected to be backed by gold.  And with banks, governments, and even Harvard professors mandating that central banks have no choice but to eliminate cash from usage by the people to stave off collapse, will you wait until it is too late to make a decision on how you will protect your wealth, and be able to function within the coming new monetary system?

Peter Schiff: As JP Morgan predicts severe negative rates for all central banks, gold will profit extremely from it

On Feb. 10, JP Morgan forecasted that the world's primary central banks... ie... Bank of Japan (BOJ), European Central Bank (ECB), and the Federal Reserve will not only carry interest rates into negative territory, but move them down to extreme levels of between one and five percent.

Since the beginning of the year, the BOJ has already pushed interest rates negative and individual nations within the Eurozone have done so as well.  But more importantly, banks have not taken well to these moves and several are experiencing liquidity and credit problems that place their solvency at risk.
According to a just released report by JPMorgan, the answer is even scarier. In the analysis published late on Tuesday by JPM's Malcolm Barr and Bruce Kasman, negative rates could go far lower than not only prevailing negative rates, but well below gold storage costs as well.
JPM justifies this by suggesting that the solution to a NIRP world where bank net interest margins are crushed by subzero rates, is a tiered system as already deployed by the Bank of Japan and in some places of Europe, whereby only a portion of reserves are subjected to negative rates.
Which leads to the shocker: JPM estimates that if the ECB just focused on reserves equivalent to 2% of gross domestic product it could slice the rate it charges on bank deposits to -4.5%. Alternatively, if the ECB were to concentrate on 25% of reserves, it would be able to cut as low as -4.64%.  That compares with minus 0.3% today and the minus 0.7% JPMorgan says it could reach by the middle of this year as reported yesterday.
In Japan, JPM calculates that the BOJ could go as low as -3.45% while Sweden’s is likely -3.27%.
Finally, if and when the Fed joins the monetary twilight race, it could cut to -1.3% and the Bank of England to -2.69%. - Zerohedge
In response to these moves, the one true safe haven will be physical metals, and as Peter Schiff reported in a new interview this morning, negative rates will be as 'blood in the water' for gold.

Heads of European central banks call for a singular Eurozone finance ministry

It is a given that once power is achieved in a particular sphere, those in authority are never content to remain satisfied with what they rule over.  In fact, conquest has always been the underlying motivation for leaders since the beginning of time.
And while having a joint coalition of nations within the European continent is a marvel unto itself, this grand scheme is evolving into a technocratic takeover, where removal of national sovereignty is the ultimate goal, and can be seen in examples like on Feb. 8 where two of the continents leading central bankers are now calling for a singular Eurozone finance ministry to oversee and control the economies and financial systems of all member nations.

China to buy Chicago Stock Exchange

As the U.S. continues to lose infrastructure and other assets to foreigners holding trillions in dollar reserves, some of the most significant transfers are now occurring in the financial sector.  A few years back, Russia purchased Morgan Stanley’s oil trade desk which provided them significant leverage in the global petrodollar system, and in the same year China purchased J.P. Morgan’s headquarter building that is connected across the street from the Federal Reserve, linking the Asian power’s banking system directly with America’s.
Now on Feb. 6, China is expanding their control into U.S. equities as it has been confirmed that a Chinese company is buying the Chicago Stock Exchange.

Global debt now so great nations will be forced to reprice gold higher to backstop it

Since 1971, gold has been moved into the realm of a simple commodity and away from its 5000 year old status as money.  In fact, if you currently own or sell gold the IRS designates the metal as a collectible, similar to art or classic car.  But there is one thing that may be the catalyst to force gold back to its historical and long-standing place as money, and that catalyst is debt.

Global debt is now sitting between $230 and $550 trillion (dependent upon which statistics are measured), and which is almost three to eight times greater than the world's annual GDP.  And as we see country's like Japan, Switzerland, and Sweden enact negative interest rate policies to protect themselves from insolvency, and banks like Deutsche in Germany sitting on the time bomb of $70 trillion in derivatives, assets are desperately needed to backstop this debt before it simply implodes in a tidal wave of monetary destruction.

And gold can not only be this backstop, but its inevitable repricing will be the only thing to stave off collapse on a global level.

2015 sets new record for Americans renouncing their citizenship

Two hundred years ago, our ancestors chose to leave their ancestral homelands and renounce their citizenship’s to come to America for a better life and a chance at a freedom not allowed in most of Europe.  This pursuit of economic freedom was the foundation for making the United States the most powerful empire in history, and made the ‘melting pot’ a phenomenon envied by other nations.
But like most empires, human frailties eventually lead to its demise as fraud, corruption, greed, and the need for power override the honest and righteous works of the common people who built the country.  And when this happens, many find that like their forefathers before them, the liberties and opportunities they desire are found in other places and in other lands.
And America is now at that time when more and more people, and in record numbers, are renouncing their citizenship to move out of the U.S..

Removal of sanctions on Iran have suddenly made the Middle Eastern economy the new frontier

The nation of Iran has waited close to a decade to remove their U.S. imposed shackles and break out of sanctions that forced the oil producer to seek revenues from black market mechanisms.  But in just a few short months since Washington signed an agreement with Tehran to have their sanctions lifted, they are suddenly being courted by countries desperate to find a new market for their exports.
And like Africa was in the 19th century, Iran is suddenly emerging as a new frontier.
France:
Iran is exporting 300,000 barrels of oil daily to European countries, Oil Minister Bijan Zangeneh said. The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) will soon finalize an agreement with France’s Total to sell 160,000 barrels a day to the company.
The minister added that the contract will be officially signed on February 16.
In addition to purchasing Iranian oil, “Total has indicated its readiness to take part in the development of South Azadegan oil field and Iran LNG project,” he was quoted by PressTV.
The necessary information on the projects will be provided to Total, and then the French oil giant will offer its proposals to the Iranian side. - Sputnik News

Got Karatbars? Gold on the cusp of crossing $1200 an ounce as metal up over $100 in last 30 days

In just the past 30 days, gold has soared higher by more than $100 and more importantly, has broken through several key technical levels suggesting that the metal is now becoming a supreme safe haven for people bailing out of stock and bond markets.

In fact, gold has climbed $35 on Feb. 8 alone, and touched just below $1200 per ounce earlier in the session.
The bid for precious metals is accelerating. Gold just broke above its October 2015 highs to 8-month highs. Silver is also bursting higher, soaring above its 200-day moving-average. - Zerohedge
