The Israel Deception

Is the return of Israel in the 20th century truly a work of God, or is it a result of a cosmic chess move to deceive the elect by the adversary?

Gold rally to continue as higher prices will spark new buyers to jump in the already tight market

A new report out on July 12 suggests that the ongoing gold rally will not only sustain itself going forward, but will spark much higher prices as new buyers come into the already tight market.

Analysts from both UBS and Credit Suisse are in agreement that the gold bull market has barely begun to move because the amount of investors and buyers have been very limited so far.  And they assess that once the price breaks through a certain point, it will spark an unlimited amount of buyers who see gold as a much more secure bet in today's environment of negative interest rates and helicopter money.

Gold Rebound Linked to Fall in Interest Rates
It’s been a stellar six months for gold investors. The yellow metal has surged 28 percent year-to-date, its best first half of the year since 1974, and there are signs that the rally is just getting started. That’s the assessment of analysts from UBS and Credit Suisse, who see gold entering a new bull run. According to UBS analyst Joni Teves, gold could climb to $1,400 an ounce in the short term on macroeconomic uncertainty, dovish monetary policy and lower yields.
“These factors,” Teves writes, “justify strategic gold allocations across different types of investors” and should encourage hesitant investors to participate.
Joining UBS in forecasting further gains is Credit Suisse, which sees gold reaching $1,500 by as early as the start of next year. As Kitco reports, Credit Suisse analyst Michael Slifirski writes that “the surprise Brexit vote has solidified and intensified macro and political uncertainty and extended the time frame for a negative real rate environment in the U.S. and potentially abroad.”
This is precisely what I told BNN’s Paul Bagnell this week, using Canada as an example. The Canadian 10-year yield is sitting just below 1 percent, while inflation in May came in at 1.5 percent. When we subtract the latter from the former, we get a real rate of negative 0.5 percent—meaning inflation is eating your lunch. Like negative bond yields, negative real rates have in the past accelerated momentum in gold’s Fear Trade. - Forbes

Got Karatbars? UBS finds a disturbance in the force as they advocate buying gold for the coming bear market

A few days ago, J.P. Morgan downgraded 21 out of 22 emerging market economies, citing that they had already moved into a recession.  And just a day later, another major bank issued its own warnings that the global economy is headed towards a bear market, and that investors should do something they haven't advocated in several years.

That is to buy gold.
UBS Technical Analysts Michael Riesner and Marc Müller warn the seven-year cycle in equities is rolling over.
UBS expects S&P 500 to move into a 2Q top and fall into a full size bear market, with risk of a 20% to 30% correction into minimum later 2016 and worst case early 2017
So if stocks are due for a 30% correction - what to do? Buy Gold...
Gold has been trading in a cyclical bear market since 2011.
In 2016, we expect gold and gold mines moving into an eight-year cycle bottom as the basis for the next multi-year bull market.
Initially, we see gold profiting as a safe haven and as of 2017, gold could profit from the US dollar moving in a major top and starting a bear market.
Tactically, over the last three years, we’ve tried playing bear market rallies in gold and gold mines several times. In 2013 and 2014, our targets were reached.
In 2015, the bounce in gold was weaker than expected. However, in all these cases we made it clear that we just expect a bear market rally before resuming its dominant cyclical bear trend. Generally, our cyclical roadmap and our long-term call on gold of the last few years has not changed.
A potential bottom in 2016 bottom could be a rather powerful bottom, since together with a four-year cycle low we have also an eight-year cycle low projection for this year. In this context we expect a potential 2016 low in gold to be the basis of a new multi-year bull market. - Zerohedge

In addition to J.P. Morgan and UBS making disturbing forecasts for global economies, another well known investor is pushing the bear market and financial collapse tune, and that is George Soros, who on Wednesday said that market conditions now are the same as they were in the 2008 crash.
Speaking an economic forum in Sri Lanka's capital Colombo, he told an audience that China is struggling to find a new growth model and its currency devaluation is transferring problems to the rest of the world, according to media. He added that a return to rising interest rates was proving difficult for the developing world.
The current environment reminded him of the "crisis we had in 2008," The Sunday Times in Sri Lanka reported on Thursday morning. "China has a major adjustment problem," he added, according to Bloomberg. "I would say it amounts to a crisis." - YahooFinance

All one has to do is look at global stock markets since the beginning of the year to realize that something big is taking place.  And while no one knows for sure if this is a big event, or simply a cyclical pullback, the big money is buying physical gold, and you can too to protect your wealth and be in a good position for no matter what is coming on the horizon.

And you can do this with a company called Karatbars

Buying gold through Karatbars is one of the easiest things on the net.  In fact, the business model of Karatbars is to sell gold in affordable quantities, such as 1, 2.5, and 5 gram increments, and allow customers to get into the metal without having to shell out $1200+ for a single ounce coin.

And as added perks to signing up with Karatbars, as a customer or affiliate, Karatbars is working on a new e-wallet system that functions just like an offshore bank account, and is outside the authority of the banking system.  From there, you can take your fiat currency in any denomination... dollars, euros, yen, etc... and purchase physical gold which can either be delivered directly to you, or stored for free at one of Karatbar's vaults.

Additionally, any gold that you buy can easily be sold back to Karatbars, or any metals dealer, and if with Karatbars it is then exchanged for currency that is uploaded to you through a pre-loaded debit Mastercard which is connected directly to your e-wallet.  And as we know, MasterCard is recognized in nearly every country around the world, and usable in any currency that accepts it.

But perhaps the best feature with Karatbars is their affiliate program, where you can earn money off commissions from getting others to sign up and become a customer or affiliate.  Not only do you receive commissions from their purchasing of physical gold, but you also earn commissions from anyone who buys a commission package, with that money going directly into your debit MasterCard when you have enough units to cycle.

Imagine the ability to earn the money in which to buy your gold savings simply by purchasing a commission affiliate package one time, and then getting others to sign up and do the same thing.

How many businesses or entrepreneurs can build an infinite business with spending less than $400 of their own money?  And there is never a mandatory requirement to buy beyond what you desire, on your own schedule.  And there is nothing to lose, because you're using money (paper dollars) to buy gold (physical money) and in the end you don't lose a thing.

The global financial system, along with dozens of respected economists, are telling us that now is the time for the end of our current form of money, and the beginning of the transition into a new monetary system that is expected to be backed by gold.  And with banks, governments, and even Harvard professors mandating that central banks have no choice but to eliminate cash from usage by the people to stave off collapse, will you wait until it is too late to make a decision on how you will protect your wealth, and be able to function within the coming new monetary system?

Got Karatbars? The days of cheap gold may soon be coming to and end with Swiss metals rigging investigation

For those who have either fretted over the decline in gold prices, or have discounted gold altogether as an investment and savings tool because the price has remained stagnant or in decline since 2011. the days of cheap gold and silver may soon be coming to and end.

On Sept. 28, a Swiss regulatory watchdog opened up a new investigation on price manipulation for both gold and silver by the major banks, and a collusion that is perhaps heavier than the trillion dollar Libor manipulation that was blown open last year.
The Swiss competition watchdog has launched an investigation into possible collusion in the precious metals market by several major banks, it said on Monday, the latest in a string of probes into gold, silver, platinum and palladium pricing.
Global precious metals trading has been under regulatory scrutiny since December 2013, when German banking regulator Bafin demanded documents from Deutsche Bank under an inquiry into suspected manipulation of gold and silver benchmarks by banks.
Even though the market has moved to reform the process of deciding on its price benchmarks, accusations of manipulation have refused to go away.
Gold prices have also shed some 9 percent in the last two years as investors lose faith in its status as a store of value. Switzerland's WEKO said its investigation, the result of a preliminary probe, was looking at whether UBS, Julius Baer, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Mitsui conspired to set bid/ask spreads. - Reuters

The Gold and silver markets have been some of the most manipulated in the global financial system because of their counter-weight against the devaluation of global currencies that has been going on since 2009.  But with indicators pointing towards a new financial crash in the entire global economy sometime in the new future, major banks, hedge funds, and even elites like Carl Icahn and George Soros have been been buying metals by the ton in expectation of a new price explosion.

Which then begs the question for those who don't have vast amounts of capital... how can you protect yourself from what is assuredly coming to the dollar, economy, stock and bond markets, and central bank policies to fight our deflationary recession?

The answer lies in a company called Karatbars

UBS becomes latest bank to admit to gold and silver price manipulation

On Friday Nov. 7, the spot price of gold skyrocketed to the metals biggest single day gain since 2013 for an unknown reason that would not become apparent until Sunday evening.  But as disclosure of admitted price manipulation in the gold and silver markets by Swiss banking giant UBS hit the newswires, realization of front running the price rise became obvious as the third major financial institution in the last two years made it abundantly clear that there is and has been an ongoing conspiracy to drive down the price of monetary metals to protect the dollar and rest of the world’s dying currencies.

Art Cashin reminds us that Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus Rally

Over the past few days, the chances became more unlikely that the markets would engineer that fabled 'Santa Claus Rally' that investors look forward to just before the Christmas break.  However, something magical happened on December 20th, and the old fat elf made it just in time to fulfill Virginia's desire to know if Santa was real.

Here is the original letter from 8 year old Virginia to the New York Sun in 1897, as provided by UBS's Art Cashin.

A Needed Seasonal Note - As we all hopefully recall, young Virginia O’Hanlon wrote to the New York Sun in 1897 to inquire if there really was a Santa Claus. Herewith - the letter and response.

DEAR EDITOR: I am 8 years old. Some of my little friends say there is no Santa Claus. Papa says, 'If you see it in THE SUN it's so.' Please tell me the truth; is there a Santa Claus?

VIRGINIA O'HANLON.
115 WEST NINETY-FIFTH STREET

VIRGINIA, your little friends are wrong. They have been affected by the skepticism of a skeptical age. They do not believe except [what] they see. They think that nothing can be which is not comprehensible by their little minds. All minds, Virginia, whether they be men's or children's, are little. In this great universe of ours man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect, as compared with the boundless world about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge.

Yes, VIRGINIA, there is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Santa Claus. It would be as dreary as if there were no VIRGINIAS. There would be no childlike faith then, no poetry, no romance to make tolerable this existence. We should have no enjoyment, except in sense and sight. The eternal light with which childhood fills the world would be extinguished.

Not believe in Santa Claus! You might as well not believe in fairies! You might get your papa to hire men to watch in all the chimneys on Christmas Eve to catch Santa Claus, but even if they did not see Santa Claus coming down, what would that prove? Nobody sees Santa Claus, but that is no sign that there is no Santa Claus. The most real things in the world are those that neither children nor men can see. Did you ever see fairies dancing on the lawn? Of course not, but that's no proof that they are not there. Nobody can conceive or imagine all the wonders there are unseen and unseeable in the world.

You may tear apart the baby's rattle and see what makes the noise inside, but there is a veil covering the unseen world which not the strongest man, nor even the united strength of all the strongest men that ever lived, could tear apart. Only faith, fancy, poetry, love, romance, can push aside that curtain and view and picture the supernal beauty and glory beyond. Is it all real? Ah, VIRGINIA, in all this world there is nothing else real and abiding.

No Santa Claus! Thank God! he lives, and he lives forever. A thousand years from now, Virginia, nay, ten times ten thousand years from now, he will continue to make glad the heart of childhood.

Today, central banks and planners are Santa Claus, and they made sure investors didn't go home hungry before Christmas, thus continuing the belief that each year, around this time, a computer somewhere with a red elf hat on is doling out fake bids to prop up the markets, and bring the 1%ers a little Yuletide cheer.

Bank analyst in Europe finally gets it as he advocates gold, food, and guns

Serious preppers know the three G's (gold, guns, and God... not in that order), but it finally appears a banker for UBS has realized the times we are living in, and is advocating citizens to stockpile just that.

Today, Larry Hataway has released yet another sequel to the original piece, focusing on this so very critical week for Europe, which as Olli Rehn said, must find a solution by Friday or see the EU "disintegrate", in which the vivid imagery, loud warnings and level of destruction are even greater than before.
… captured probably the best in Hatheway's recommendations of assets to be bought as a hedge to a Euro collapse: "I suppose there might be some assets worthy of consideration—precious metals, for example. But other metals would make wise investments, too. Among them tinned goods and small calibre weapons." But even that is nothing compared to the kicker: "Break-up runs the risk of becoming one wretched scenario. Sadly, however, it can’t be ruled out, just as it would have been improper to rule out the horrors of the first half of the 20th century before they happened." And there you have it: a reversion by Europe to the perfectly stable system from a decade ago, is now somehow supposed to result in World War. And with that the global banking cartel has official jumped the shark, just like the FT's latest rumor earlier today did the same by indicating that the well of European "bailout" ideas has officially run dry. - Zerohedge

You know the end of the world is coming when the giant sucking sound coming out of the banking industry is prudence and honesty of what the RIGHT investments for consumers really ought to be.

UBS issues report on the Rise of the State over the economy

There was a time in history when economies ran as a function unto themselves.  When supply and demand worked hand in hand with sound money, and trade was a mutual thing between one or more nations.

However, since the 1930's, those who listened to, and chose to follow the insane polices of John Maynard Keynes and institute government intervention to spur artificial growth in the economy, are now finding that the final step in this process is a complete takeover of the economy by the state itself.

In a new report from UBS, the rise of the state over the economy is nearly complete, and it carries itself in the form of either Fascism, Socialism, Marxism, or any combination of the three.

Governments are encroaching into more and more areas of the world economy. This is not just through political drama (as we have seen in the Euro area), nor even through the conventional mechanisms of foreign exchange intervention. Regulation (and regulatory uncertainty), sovereign wealth funds, bond market manipulation and default risks all play a role in financial markets, and all are intensely political in their nature. - UBS via Zerohedge

You can see the entire report by going to this site.

For years, US Presidents, or candidates running for the Presidency, have given promises that THEY can fix the economy, and right the financial ship of the nation.  This is no longer simply a campaign promise, as the ability to control and regulate nearly every aspect of the markets and the economy is now contained in the myriad of government agencies under the domain of the Executive Branch.
