The Israel Deception

Is the return of Israel in the 20th century truly a work of God, or is it a result of a cosmic chess move to deceive the elect by the adversary?

CNBC All-American economic survey has more investors choosing gold over stocks

Each quarter CNBC surveys a number of of American investors to determine key data points in regards to finance, the economy, politics, and investing.  And similar to the survey they put out three months ago, more investors prefer to buy gold over stocks.

Real estate remained the number one choice for investors, but this asset class has risen primarily due to the newest housing bubble that began in 2011 from central bank money printing and zero percent interest rates.  But it is the major shift away from stocks and into gold over the past six months that has many investors believing the economy is headed towards a downturn, and that stocks in general are overpriced in their own equity bubble.

Interestingly as well when you break down the numbers, those who intend to vote for Donald Trump have a much greater desire to own gold and divest themselves from stocks than those who want to see Hillary Clinton win the November election.  And this shows the fact that many Americans believe something is wrong in both the government and the economy, and are choosing outsiders (gold and Trump) in their investment and political choices.

In 1980 the gold price equaled the Dow, if this happened today the metal would be worth $17675 per ounce

There is an interesting comparison between two value indicators that have the potential to occur again in the markets.  Back in 1980 when the gold price reached an all-time high of $850 per ounce, this value was exactly the same as the Dow Jones stock indicator for the NYSE.  And while the ratio of 1:1 would quickly diverge over the next 36 years, the fact that they were once on equal par means there is potential for it to occur again.

On Friday the Dow Jones closed at $17675, with gold closing at $1298.10 per ounce.  This means that the current gold to Dow ratio is at 13.617:1, and is skewed that badly thanks to manipulated bubble speculation that has driven equities far above the own fundamental values.

Interestingly, there are many analysts who are forecasting a future divergence from today which will inevitably bring the gold to Dow ratio back to levels at or near 1:1.
For the past couple of years, Wall Street’s perma-bulls have had it their way. They’ve been gloating openly as stocks went up and up and up, seemingly without pause.
It got to the point that those warning about valuations and danger signs had been mocked into silence — or were simply ignored.
Not now.
I don’t mean to be alarmist or to induce panic, but someone needs to tell the public that there is a plausible scenario in which the U.S. stock market now collapses by another 70% until the Dow Jones Industrial Average falls to about 5,000. The index tumbled more than 3% to 16,460 on Friday and over 1,000 points in early trading Monday.
Dow 5,000? Really? - Marketwatch
The thing to remember is that following the 2008 stock market crash, the Dow fell from its then all-time high of 14100 to a bottom of 6600 in 2010.  And at that time the price of gold soared to its newest all-time high of $1940, which made the gold to Dow ratio 3.4:1.

When the central banks are forced to end their zero interest rate policies and tens of trillions from quantitative easing, all the money and debt that has propped up stocks will rush to the door and desperately look for a safe haven that preserves their wealth, even if it means they get no yield from it.  And as the chart above shows over the past 50 years, the natural equilibrium is always wanting to go towards a ratio of 1:1, and of the two, the asset that will rise will always be gold.

Gold prices cheap in relation to stocks (Dow) and oil

In the financial world, technicals can sometimes carry far more weight than fundamentals do.  Ie... stocks right now on the S&P and Dow indices remain close to their all-time highs despite the fact that Wall Street just had one of its worst earnings seasons since the Great Recession.  Thus investors have been trading primarily on technical analysis and Fed intervention, and have thrown out nearly all fundamental data as irrelevant.

With this in mind we will look at two interesting technical charts that compare stocks on the dow, as well as oil prices in relation to gold.

Gold versus the Dow:
This 50-year chart of the blue-chip Dow Jones Industrial index from Macrotrends suggests otherwise. The graph tracks how many ounces of gold it would take to buy the Dow over any given month going back to 1966.
In January of 1980 when gold in inflation-adjusted terms hit an all-time high of roughly $2,400 an ounce the ratio was 1.3 ounces and during the Great Depression it took 1.9 ounces to cover the Dow.
That compares to highs around 40 between mid-1999 and mid-2001 when gold reached lows of $250 an ounce.
When the nominal price of gold hit a record high above $1,900 in August 2011 the ratio was 6.4, but has now more than doubled to just under 15.
That means despite the exceptional start to 2016 gold is still cheaper than it was for the 24 years between May 1972 and September 1996 and on a relative basis it's the cheapest since December 2007. - Mining.com
50 years of gold price vs Dow shows metal still a bargain

Gold versus oil:
The Golden Constant: The English and American Experience 1560-2007. In that work, Jastram finds that gold maintains its purchasing power over long periods of time, with the prices of other commodities adapting to the price of gold.
Taking the broad lead from Jastram, my colleague, David Ranson, produced a study in April 2015 in which he used the price of gold as a long-term benchmark for the price of oil. The idea being that, if the price of oil changes dramatically, the oil-gold price ratio will change and move away from its long-term value. Forces will then be set in motion to move supply and demand so that the price of oil changes and the long-term oil-gold price ratio is reestablished. This is nothing more than a reversion to the mean.
We begin our analysis of the current situation by calculating the oil-gold price ratios for each month. For example, as of May 24th, oil was trading at $49.24/bbl and gold was at $1231.10/oz. So, the oil-gold price ratio was 0.040. In June 2014, oil was at $107.26/bbl and gold was at $1314.82/oz, yielding an oil-gold price ratio of 0.082. The ratios for two separate periods are represented in the accompanying histogram - one starting in 1946 and another in 1973 (the post-Bretton Woods period). - Zerohedge
Two interesting technical ratios to watch in the market which can be signals as to which direction gold prices will eventually go.

Is there any security in the markets that Deutsche Bank didn’t manipulate?

As more information comes out regarding the investigation into Deutsche Bank, we have to wonder if there are any securities out there that the German investment bank didn’t rig and manipulate.  That is because on top of the acknowledgement last month that they rigged the gold and silver markets for several years, on May 23 it has now been verified that Deutsche Bank also rigged stocks.
Since the U.S. began allowing corporations and banks to function outside GAAP, and mark to market accounting, many of these entities use holding companies to dump bad assets into during times when they are to report earnings.  This of course inflates the value of the bank or business, and perpetuates false shareholder values and unjustifiable bonus distributions.
But eventually all reporting, both honest and fraudulent, comes to light and it appears that securities going back to 2013 were hidden to help Deutsche Bank’s balance sheet look better than it actually was.

George Soros dumps stocks to buy gold as calls for a return to gold standard accelerate

Lately we have been talking about billionaire Wall Street investors and fund managers who have suddenly gotten on the gold bandwagon for the first time in five years, and on May 16 we can add another name to this list...

George Soros.

George Soros is an extremely polarizing individual who tends to get involved in sovereign politics despite the fact his allegiances lie elsewhere.  But the one thing that can be said about his investment acumen is that when it comes to the direction of money, his calls are usually in line with future outcomes.

So when the hated billionaire decides to not only dump his equity holdings in the stock market, and buy gold with the expectations of either a new financial collapse or perhaps something greater, it is a signal that he knows something many others do not.

Soros also more than doubled his SPY puts to 2.1 million shares, or a value of $431MM, up from $205MM the previous quarter.
But more notably was Soros' significant return to gold, after he acquired 1.7% of Barrick, making it the firm’s biggest U.S.-listed holding. This marks a prominent return to gold for Soros, who dissolving his stake in Barrick in the third quarter of last year.
Soros also disclosed owning call options on 1.05 million shares in the SPDR Gold Trust, an exchange-traded fund that tracks the price of gold. It was unclear if Soros has been influenced by Druckenmiller who earlier this month at the Sohn Conference, called gold his largest currency allocation as central bankers experiment with the "absurd notion of negative interest rates." - Zerohedge
Yet besides the folly of central banks around the world, there may be another purpose behind jumping into gold and gold miners by the former raider who nearly bankrupted the British Pound so many years ago.  And that purpose may be found in the ever rising look towards a return to the gold standard in some form or fashion, which has been accelerating since the Fed, ECB, and BOJ have called for an end of cash, and move towards negative rates.
When times are tough, new economic theories get a better hearing. Maybe some old ones, too.
The gold standard is one of the oldest ideas about money, but the hardest of hard-money hawks sense an opening to breathe new life into it. Decades ago, the amount of cash circulating in a country was often limited by the stash of bullion held in its coffers.
Especially since 2008, developed-world policy has headed in the exact opposite direction, expanding the powers of central banks to stoke growth. Helicopter drops of money, potentially the next new thing, would be a giant leap further.
For those in the U.S. who see much risk and little benefit in the current course, gold is still a rallying point. And their audience may be growing.
“The fringe has become the mainstream,” said Jesse Hurwitz, a U.S. economist at Barclays Capital in New York. He sees the gold standard as a bad idea but “something we’ll increasingly talk about.” - Bloomberg

Gold vs. Stocks: Trend ratios looking exactly like 2007 just prior to financial collapse

Contrary to the year of the financial EVENT in 2008 that changed the global economy forever, the circumstances behind the Credit Crisis started in 2007 with the collapse of the housing bubble, and the apex of the six year equity Bull Market.  And one thing it also triggered was the beginning of the next leg of the Bull Market in gold, which would move from the $700's to a new all-time high of over $1900 in a short period of time.

There are many things that act as warnings and signposts for future events, and one of these has occurred since the beginning of the year which parallels 2007, and the beginning of events that led to a worldwide financial collapse.

The ratio between gold growth and stock market declines.

As you can see on this chart, the 2016 performances of both gold and the S&P 500 are exactly the same as the performance of each back in 2007.
Gold is enjoying an incredible year, surging 22 percent as the S&P 500is barely positive. What's rare is for the yellow metal to outperform the market so dramatically in a year when stocks are up.
In fact, going back to 1980, there has been only year in which gold has outperformed the S&P by 20 percent or more while the latter was positive on the year: 2007.
Both gold and the fear-measuring CBOE Volatility Index surged in the second half of that year, even as stocks maintained their footing. The crash, of course, came in 2008. - CNBC

Gold makes it back to Bull Market status

It has been a long five years, but for the first time since it reached an all-time high of $1940 in 2011, gold has officially returned to a bull market on March 3.

Gold prices have climbed 21% since their December lows, and last week moved over its Golden Cross technical.

This move into bull market territory has also not been lost on the mainstream, where J.P. Morgan issued a Buy call for gold yesterday as well, and to diversify out of stocks into the precious metal.

Stock bubble: It now takes more credit to hold up stock prices today than it did just before crashes of 2000 and 2007

Last year was the year of the buyback in the stock markets, where corporations borrowed and spent trillions just to prop up their companies because earnings and revenues were no longer growing.  And for awhile this program was able to take the Dow, S&P 500, and the Nasdaq to new all-time highs.

But in May of 2015 things began to fizzle out, and while there would be a few rally's to counter any major selling, especially during the tumultuous months of July and August, the markets had reached their apex and the trend was fully set for a bear market that began in earnest in January of this year.

Yet perhaps most importantly for those hoping that Wall Street can calm the markets as we head into the 2nd quarter of 2016, an interesting piece of data was just compiled by Bill Holter that shows that corporations and central banks have reached their limit in being able to protect stocks from selling pressures as credit (debt borrowing) is now more costly than during the market peaks of 2000 (Dot Com) and 2007 (Housing Bubble, Credit Crisis) just prior to their collapses.
Just a short comment on a VERY BIG problem! The below chart shows “margin” balance on the NYSE with an inverted chart of the S+P 500 laid over it.
NYSE-investor-credit-SPX-since-1995-inverted
Please notice the amount of credit being used to carry stocks now is significantly larger than it was at previous market tops in 2000 and 2007. Also, the amount of credit has begun to contract, this is a classic margin call being met …so far. The danger of course is as it always has been when margin builds like this. As the equity market pulls back, margin calls are issued and in some cases “forced sales” are done. This can, has in the past and most likely will occur and morph into a virtual loop where forced sales weaken prices, creating new margin calls and more forced sales in a negative feedback loop…otherwise known as a market panic. - Silver Doctors
What this all means in layman's terms is that when the market tilts completely downward, neither the Fed, nor the banks, will be able to provide liquidity to keep the markets propped up, with margin calls on their outstanding debt they already have causing stocks to unravel even more.

Gold prices rising against every currency from Afghanistan to the United States

As many remember from the movie The Big Short, all hell began to break loose in March of 2007 following a year of declining stock market values and global slowdowns.  And justifiably, it was at this time that gold prices also rose in opposition to other asset class declines.

And after reaching its current trend peak in 2011 when the Fed chose to prop up stocks and housing once again with trillions in Quantitative Easing, gold fell back to a new support level of $1050 by the end of 2015.

But 2015 was 2006 in the parallel timeline, and a pre-cursor to the crash that would take place over the next 18 months.  And just as gold was a barometer for anyone watching as to the stability of currencies, economies, and assets eight years ago, it is once acting as that same barometer once again for nations A to Z, and from Afghanistan to the United States.

Got Karatbars? Asia imploding, European banks collapsing, and gold on cusp of first $100 trading day

One day after Federal Reserve Chairman Janet Yellen did little to infuse confidence into the markets, the world stands on the precipice of the next global financial collapse.  Beginning in Asia, where stock markets were crushed and the Yen fell to a several year low of 110 to the dollar, and moving into Europe where Germany's largest bank dropped another 9% on its way to perhaps the biggest insolvency of the century, the threats are weighing on central banks to not only go full into negative interest rates, but to implement a new round of QE valued in the tens of trillions.

In response to this, very few markets are representing safe havens.  And judging by the overnight trading in the gold markets, the metal appears ready to skyrocket and potentially give investors and savers in gold its first $100 trading day.

Gold has moved over $42 today through the middle of European trading with U.S. equity markets already down -290 points in their futures.  And more importantly, the benchmark 10-year bond is down to an astounding 1.58%... meaning that returns on historic safe havens are being limited to the physical metals.

Pre-U.S. market open breakdown
Yesterday morning, when musing on the day's key event namely Yellen's congressional testimony, we dismissed the most recent bout of European bank euphoria which we said "will be brief if not validated by concrete actions, because while central banks have the luxury of jawboning, commercial banks are actually burning through funds - rapidly at that - and don't have the luxury of hoping for the best while doing nothing." This morning DB has wiped out all of yesterday's gain.

As for Yellen's testimony, we said that "she can send stocks reeling with one word out of place" - the word in question being not what she said but what she didn't say, in this case not being dovish enough and thus supportive enough of risk. And the consequence is there for all to see as soon as their trading terminal boots up: everything is crashing (with the exception of China which is on holiday, and Japan which was mercifully closed yesterday). Here are the highlights:
S&P 500 futures down 1.8% to 1814
Stoxx 600 down 3.4% to 304
FTSE 100 down 2.6% to 5525
DAX down 2.9% to 8760
German 10Yr yield down 7bps to 0.18%
MSCI Asia Pacific up 0.1% to 117
Hang Seng down 3.8% to 18546
S&P/ASX 200 up 1% to 4821
US 10-yr yield down 5bps to 1.62%
Dollar Index down 0.42% to 95.49
WTI Crude futures down 2.9% to $26.65
Brent Futures down 1.7% to $30.31
Gold spot up 3.5% to $1,242
Silver spot up 2.8% to $15.80

Here at The Daily Economist we have been talking about the need to get out of paper assets, bank accounts, and into physical gold for several years, and although it took about eight years following the 2008 Credit Crisis and bank collapses for the next event to occur, the ramifications of this new crisis is happening before out eyes.  And your window for getting out of stocks, bonds, and potential bail-in scenarios and into physical gold is shrinking close to the point of no return.

And is why you need Karatbars more than ever

Buying gold through Karatbars is one of the easiest things on the net.  In fact, the business model of Karatbars is to sell gold in affordable quantities, such as 1, 2.5, and 5 gram increments, and allow customers to get into the metal without having to shell out $1200+ for a single ounce coin.

And as added perks to signing up with Karatbars, as a customer or affiliate, Karatbars is working on a new e-wallet system that functions just like an offshore bank account, and is outside the authority of the banking system.  From there, you can take your fiat currency in any denomination... dollars, euros, yen, etc... and purchase physical gold which can either be delivered directly to you, or stored for free at one of Karatbar's vaults.

Additionally, any gold that you buy can easily be sold back to Karatbars, or any metals dealer, and if with Karatbars it is then exchanged for currency that is uploaded to you through a pre-loaded debit Mastercard which is connected directly to your e-wallet.  And as we know, MasterCard is recognized in nearly every country around the world, and usable in any currency that accepts it.

But perhaps the best feature with Karatbars is their affiliate program, where you can earn money off commissions from getting others to sign up and become a customer or affiliate.  Not only do you receive commissions from their purchasing of physical gold, but you also earn commissions from anyone who buys a commission package, with that money going directly into your debit MasterCard when you have enough units to cycle.

Imagine the ability to earn the money in which to buy your gold savings simply by purchasing a commission affiliate package one time, and then getting others to sign up and do the same thing.

How many businesses or entrepreneurs can build an infinite business with spending less than $400 of their own money?  And there is never a mandatory requirement to buy beyond what you desire, on your own schedule.  And there is nothing to lose, because you're using money (paper dollars) to buy gold (physical money) and in the end you don't lose a thing.

The global financial system, along with dozens of respected economists, are telling us that now is the time for the end of our current form of money, and the beginning of the transition into a new monetary system that is expected to be backed by gold.  And with banks, governments, and even Harvard professors mandating that central banks have no choice but to eliminate cash from usage by the people to stave off collapse, will you wait until it is too late to make a decision on how you will protect your wealth, and be able to function within the coming new monetary system?

Got Karatbars? Respected economist Marc Faber its past time to buy gold as markets will collapse another 40%

With every economic analyst from CNBC, Fox Business News, Goldman Sachs, and even the Bank of International Settlements, there are always agendas behind the information, data, and forecasts they provide on a given day, week, or period.  Some push stock and equity markets because their advertisers demand they speak on things that promote their companies and stocks.  Some want to keep the public in the dark so they can continue their raping of wealth from classes of people into their own coffers, and yet again, some hold investments that they want to rise in value through directing others to purchase the same.

Economists in the alternative media are not immune to this as well, but overall they are much more altruistic in their forecasts and agendas.  Companies like Goldcore, Silver Doctors, and Miles Franklin have their employees write blogs, do interviews, and promote the goodness of their products, and even here at the Daily Economist we provide opportunities in a company called Karatbars to accomplish certain things that are rarely found in the status quo of corporatocracy.

But in the end, you as a customer, investor, and seeker of value must always double check information that you come upon, and weigh it against the scales of truth versus agenda.  And that balance scale is always best comprised in putting your trust in people who have a recorded track record of accuracy, because in the end it is not the solutions we offer to protect oneself that are the most important, but the soundness of the information so that you can choose your own path on how best to protect you, your family, your business, and your future.

Economist Marc Faber is one of those individuals with a proven track record, and the financial chops to go along with his analysis.  Much more than just selling a product, Faber puts his own money on the line in investing and saving wealth according to the data and trends that he both uncovers, and sees for the future.
Marc Faber, editor of the “Gloom, Doom & Boom Report,” has advised investors that now is a good time to invest in gold  because stocks will crash over 40% and the world is on the verge of a new liquidity and debt crisis.
Faber says investors would be prudent to diversify into safe haven in gold bullion which has risen 3% this year and is currently at $1,096 an ounce.
He recently told MarketWatch that the stock-market downturn could result in stocks hitting lows not seen in five years. Faber warns that the S&P 500, which fell to 1,881 yesterday, could drop to its 2011 low below 1,200. - Goldcore

The purposes behind gold as an asset are not primarily for use as an investment or speculation, but as protection against the destruction of currencies and paper based assets like stocks, bonds, etc....  And it is the most powerful instrument in history when financial systems are transitioning from a dying one to a future one.  Our current system is based on oil and the dollar, and the agreement created in 1973 where the U.S. needed a backstop for the reserve currency following its removal from the gold standard two years earlier.  But ever since 2013, economies in the East have been pushing for an end to this 43 year old system, and it appears extremely likely that its collapse, or at the very least its diminishment, is almost an assured guarantee with OPEC moving more into China's camp.

So in the end, our current financial chaos is not about equity markets or even recessions which most nations in the world are now experiencing, but about the end of a monetary era, which has the future of who will seize control in the vacuum of this collapse up for grabs.

And which makes the owning of physical gold the one sure protection to not only survive this coming transition, but to be fully prepared to start at a strong financial level in whatever system emerges from it.

And you can do all of this with a company called Karatbars

Buying gold through Karatbars is one of the easiest things on the net.  In fact, the business model of Karatbars is to sell gold in affordable quantities, such as 1, 2.5, and 5 gram increments, and allow customers to get into the metal without having to shell out $1200+ for a single ounce coin.

IMF pumping out declines in global growth forecasts like central banks print money

On Jan. 19, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) cut its forecast for global growth for the third time in less than a year, validating that the largest financial centers in the world have little idea on what is actually occurring within the global economy.
The IMF’s cut follows today’s announced decline in China’s GDP, and last Friday’s Atlanta Fed announcement that they were cutting estimates on U.S. GDP growth for the quarter ending December 2015.

Blood in the Streets, but not on the Yellow Brick Road

As oil falls below $27, and the former Chief Economist at the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) declares the global economy worse than in 2007, one asset is breaking out amongst the carnage that are the stock markets.

Gold.

Got Karatbars? Global banks telling clients to sell everything as chaos will ensue in all markets

The global stock market declines that have begun this new year have not occurred in a vacuum, and in fact are becoming serious problems for many banks and brokers who manage customer money in stock accounts.  And while some institutions like J.P. Morgan Chase are telling their clients to use the volatility in the markets to sell their positions during every rally, one major bank is taking this even further by telling their clients to...

Sell everything.

RBS has advised clients to brace for a “cataclysmic year” and a global deflationary crisis, warning that the major stock markets could fall by a fifth and oil may reach US$16 a barrel.
The bank’s credit team said markets are flashing the same stress alerts as they did before the Lehman crisis in 2008.
“Sell everything except high quality bonds,” warned Andrew Roberts in a note this week.
He said the bank’s red flags for 2016 — falling oil, volatility in China, shrinking world trade, rising debt, weak corporate loans and deflation — had all been seen in just the first week of trading.
“We think investors should be afraid,” he said. - Financial Post

We are now at a time when it is not only the alternative media that is sensing a global collapse, or at the very least a major recession, but the mainstream is now jumping on the negative bandwagon and calling for investors to protect their wealth outside of paper markets.  And as we know from 6000 years of history, when markets and currencies decline the only real safe haven is to store your money in physical gold.

Yet since most people even today cannot afford to buy gold in either ounces or kilo denominations, what alternatives are there for you to protect your wealth in gold, and have complete control and access to it anytime of day without the need or intervention of a broker, dealer, or bank?

You can do all of this with a company called Karatbars

Whether the big guys or the common man, the run on gold and silver is happening

Many of us have heard about the shortages going on in the physical gold and silver markets as Mints, brokers, and local dealers all attest to the fact that one or many entities are buying the metals in record numbers.  In fact, a new chart out for the beginning of 2016 shows that not only is this year turning out to be a rush to safety for people in precious metals, but it also appears likely that major banks and wealthy buyers are behind the run on gold.
First-day sales of American Eagle gold bullion coins were also strong at 60,000 ounces, compared with the 81,000 ounces that sold in the entire month of January 2015, mint data showed.
On Monday, spot gold prices traded just below $1,100 an ounce, which is up about 5 percent from the near six-year-low of $1,045.85 reached in early December. - Reuters

For most outsiders who trade or hold paper assets in the U.S. markets, realizing that there is a run ongoing for the precious metals is difficult because the mainstream media has put on a full court press to downplay these assets, and depressed prices have functioned as a psychological deterrent for those who only study price action and surface data.  But the bottom line is that gold and silver are the only true protections in an environment of devaluing currencies, which has been ongoing from continent to continent and market to market since the start of global QE in 2011.

You cannot rely upon 'trusted' mainstream analysts or experts to inform you of when an event such as a currency or market collapse will take place, as few are not only unwilling to see the writing on the wall, but even fewer accept that it is possible (See The Big Short and Fed Chairman Janet Yellen's time as head of the San Francisco Fed).
While Yellen served as the regional bank chair for San Francisco she voted along with other members of the Fed to maintain low mortgage interest rates, which were one main contributing factors to the housing bubble.
For a while, it appeared this was stimulating the region’s economy by creating construction jobs and reducing unemployment. But some feared serious problems once the bubble burst — a fear Yellen did not share.
On the eve of the financial crisis in 2007, she reassured the public that the U.S. economy was safe from the fall of the housing market, which at that point had already been in decline for six months. - Daily Caller

Unlike in 2007-2008 however, people cannot say they have not been warned of what is coming as the internet has made it possible to provide vital information and analysis free to anyone looking for direction beyond the mainstream agenda of protecting the status quo.  And just as Europe is realizing today that not only are their banking systems insolvent once again, but that depositors will be the ones rather than the government to bail out these destructive speculators, so too are large portions of people in the East preparing themselves for a monetary power vacuum as the world moves away from the dollar, and into a monetary system that more than likely will be backed by gold in some capacity.

So if as we are seeing in the stock markets that equities and other paper assets are screaming for a sharp decline, and multiple large banks are even telling their clients to sell everything, what possible safe haven is there for you to move your money out of a collapsing system and into something that has stood the test of time through every crisis in financial history?

The best way to do this is with a company called Karatbars

Brother can you spare $106,000?

One longstanding mantra in the investment world has always been, buy on rumor, sell on news.  But thanks to social media, and a 24 hour a day business news cycle, this paradigm has gone much further than ever before, and where the media has become the platform for stock manipulation created on many levels.
We can recall a few months ago how weight watchers stock soared in the aftermath of an announcement that billionaire media mogul Oprah Winfrey had purchased a stake in the company, despite the fact that the fundamentals for the company had not changed.  And in a unique instance of speculation gone wrong this week, a short seller of a bio-tech company was suddenly crushed simply because an infamous name in the investment community stepped in to buy half the company he was shorting, and it has led to a margin call of extreme proportions.

Millennials trust more in gold than in stocks in new survey

Every quarter, CNBC does a special report that they call the All-American Economic Survey.  And in their newest one on Nov. 3, investing trends for millennials showed an immense opposition to stocks and more trust in both real estate and gold.
Part of this appears to be the fact that many millennials have grown up in the decades of the dot com bust and the 2008 credit crisis which saw their parents and grandparents lose upwards of 40% of their retirement portfolios tied to the stock markets.  And with the millennial generation known for truth and straight talk over political correctness and subterfuge, perhaps it is not surprising that the younger generation has a much greater distrust in banks and Wall Street, and has little appetite for riskier investments, especially since the markets are manipulated so highly by the Fed and by HFT computer trading.

Stock market and corporate earnings might have been final straw for Fed’s rate decision

Since the Fed made its shocking no-call last week on its decision whether to raise interest rates, analysts have been not only questioning the true state of the economy, but also have been insinuating that the central bank’s credibility may be completely shot.  But as we look at new data coming out on corporate earnings, especially those on the S&P 500, their declines year over year (yoy) coupled with global and domestic stock markets being in sudden free fall may have been the reasons why 11 months of interest rate rhetoric was instantly thrown out the window.
Profit growth for the S&P 500 companies is at its weakest point since 2009. That’s because, in fact, there isn’t any profit growth.
S&P 500 earnings for the first half of the year are expected to show a 0.7% contraction compared to a year ago, according to numbers from FactSet research. Growth in the first quarter was a meager 1.1%, but the second quarter is more than offsetting that, expected to contract at a 2.2% rate, FactSet estimates. The last time the S&P 500 saw a year-over-year decline for the first half of a year was 2009, when earnings positively cratered at the depths of the global recession, down 30.9%. - Wall Street Journal via Zerohedge

With Western money managers seeing the U.S. equal to Greece, are you protected with Karatbars?

As many analysts point towards September being a crucial month for the stock markets, bond markets, and even the entire global financial system, a new chart out on July 2 shows that despite the rhetoric and propaganda parroted every day by the mainstream press, money managers throughout the U.S. and Western spheres of finance have been dumping their positions and moving into cash as fast as the market allows.

Net sales were the largest since January 2008 and led by institutional clients—after three weeks of net buying, institutional clients’ net sales last week were the largest in our data history." - Bank of America

Which means that the 'smart money' is getting out, and leaving you, Joe Six Pack, to hold the bag when the eventual market crash takes place.

In addition to selloff's in the stock markets, we recently published an article showing that the largest Bond Manager in Europe has told his clients to dump their holdings and move into cash because of the fear of great volatility and uncertainty moving forward.

So if the big boys are moving out of the market and into cash, and in particular not into financial instruments like bonds or annuities that no longer provide even a smidgeon of returns, what is available to you to protect your wealth and be prepared for whatever uncertainty comes upon us?

Athens On The Potomac - It Could Never Happen Here, Right?

In 25 years, U.S. debt levels are projected to reach 156 percent of the economy, which Greece had in 2012. That projection comes from the Congressional Budget Office's alternative scenario, which is more realistic than its standard fiscal projection about which spending programs Congress will extend into the future.

If Congress leaves the federal budget on autopilot, debt levels will soar. Instead, spending must be reined in to avoid a Greek-style meltdown.
Yet even if the government were to begin its own form of austerity today, or the Fed were to actually raise interest rates instead of jawboning empty promises, the results will be catastrophic for the U.S. economy and stock markets, and the only conclusion to make is whether the system would crash sooner rather than later, as has been the paradigm since 2008 when they pumped in tens of trillions of dollar to delay the inevitable.

So for you, your family, your business, and your future, what is the answer to protecting your wealth, ensuring the government doesn't confiscate it through taxation, inflation, or outright theft, and how can you prepare for an outcome that even the best analysts have no confident answer for?

The answer lies in a company called Karatbars.
