Brazil ready to become first country to create new communications network bypassing the U.S.

Edward Snowden and Julian Assange are not just whistleblowers in the global war to protect data and information, they are catalysts which are forcing many nations to look at the United States differently as the undisputed nexus for communication command and control.  And no longer is Washington considered a benefactor to global security as they were seen as during the tumultuous Cold War years, but instead with the revelations that the U.S. is data mining everyone’s global communications, including those of world leaders, the rush to isolate America and find new ways of direct data transit between nations is underway.
On Feb. 25, Brazil announced a new $250 million project to install communication lines directly to Europe which would bypass the U.S. and the world’s primary information super highway, and instead create their own channel that would act as a firewall against NSA and other agency spying mechanisms.

Big Brother can use Obamacare as a data stream for the NSA and Law Enforcement

You want to know why the Democrats and President Obama are vehemently fighting against a shutdown or overhaul of Obamacare?  Just ask Big Brother, who it appears now will be one of the primary recipients of new and inclusive information that will feed your activities into NSA and law enforcement databases, and remove another layer of privacy from the lives of every American.

Shutdown bonus: 70% of NSA staff aren’t invading our privacy

There is a rather significant segment of the population that is coming to the conclusion that the current government shutdown is actually good for the American people.  Besides the obvious benefits to us from thousands of furloughs being made to the staff personnel of agencies like the IRS and EPA that intrude on individuals and small businesses, it now appears that the kingpin of privacy invasion is not immune to the shutdown, with over 70% of their employees provided with a temporary vacation.

NYPD becomes mouthpiece for NSA as they beg people to upgrade to surveilled iOS7

Earlier this month, a report came out that the NSA has full access to most smartphone operating systems through a backdoor programmed into their platforms during their creation.  And while most users of Apple, RIM, and Samsung devices either knew about this intrusion, or relatively don’t care, the New York Police Department wants to be sure you are in synch with the surveillance state.  On Sept. 18, the NYPD  issued a letter calling for all Apple users to make sure to upgrade to the new iOS7 operating system, and the police even resorted to standing in front of Apple stores while shoppers purchased the new iPhone 5′s to make sure everyone got the message.

New documents show NSA has full access to every Smart Phone and specific groups for each OS

Think your Smart phone is secure?  Not according to internal documents from the NSA which show that not only do they have backdoor access to tap into your data and locations, but they also have created individual working groups dedicated to each individual operating system (OS) used by those phones.

The ghost of Ron Paul spoke on evils of government surveillance thirty years ago

Former Congressman Ron Paul may have left public office last year, but his legacy of fighting tyranny and oppressive behavior by the government is laced throughout his legacy.  In fact, even during the conservative years of Ronald Reagan, the Texas Congressman foresaw what government was doing then, and would do in the future in regards to surveillance on citizens in America.

Ron Paul Legacy:  Fighting for Freedom and liberty when few did

For many of us today, in the wake of the NSA spying scandal, and uncovering of near total surveillance on the American people, we can look back and realize that at least one politician fought for, and foresaw the end game of government, even if it may now be too late to stop it.
