The Israel Deception

Is the return of Israel in the 20th century truly a work of God, or is it a result of a cosmic chess move to deceive the elect by the adversary?

Gold and silver climb on Sunday open as dollar within 70 bps of critical 200 day moving average

As markets opened for Asian trading on Sunday evening in the Western time zones, the dollar continued its slide downward following the House's failure to bring about a healthcare vote to the floor.  And with gold moving up nearly $10 in the first couple hours of global trading, it may only be a matter of days or even hours before the dollar falls below, and gold crosses above, their 200 day moving averages.

On Friday the dollar index showed a close for the USD of 99.77, and had already dropped below its 50 and 100 day moving averages earlier in the week.  And with Congress appearing to be in a stalemate following the healthcare vote debacle, the markets are not trusting in the legislature to be able to deal with upcoming debt ceiling discussion that is currently ticking down for the government.

Gold and silver on the other hand are both becoming beneficiaries of the dollars free fall, and the Fed's inability to deal with economies ongoing stagflation.

Wonder why consumers have no money from lower oil prices? Thank Obamacare!

If you spend any time watching the business channels on cable you find that the litany of analysts they parade across the screen cite the false narrative that consumers (American people) will be the catalyst for economic recovery because they will have more money to spend thanks to lower oil prices that have occurred over the past 18 months.  But despite this fallacy that didn’t come to pass, and was validated yesterday in a 1.4% Q4 GDP revision, there is another reason why Americans have not been able to participate wholeheartedly in the economy, and that reason is Obamacare.
The increase in healthcare spending and the Obamacare tax was by far the number one spending item by consumers in 2015, and nearly double the second place item which was new vehicle purchases.

If liberals are demanding the right of free education and healthcare, where is my right to a free gun?

Going back to 19th century movements on forward, the term ‘right’ has been skewed from its original intentions that were tied to liberty, protection, and opportunity, to now one where society and government owe people these things, even if it must commit someone else to pay for tehm.  And this can be seen in all its glory in 2015 where millennial campus students are demanding free education as a right, and where Democratic Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is offering free… well everything also as a ‘right’.
But the difference between today’s definition of rights and those put into the founding Constitution is that protected rights require nothing from others to allow you to enact them.  No one is forced to cede anything for your right to free speech, freedom to worship as you please, and freedom to protest (petition the government).  And in fact, none of these require a single dollar from anyone to allow you to exercise them.

Besides Obamacare premiums, Medicare monthly costs set to rise by 34%

There are several truths in life… death, taxes, and the inability of Congress to pass legislation that is actually beneficial to the American people.  And with our welfare and benefit system growing from a safety net scheme 70 years ago, to now a massive boondoggle encompassing nearly two-thirds of the entire annual budget, eventually something had to crack, and it is coming this time in potentially new increased costs for Medicare premiums for those stuck in fixed incomes.
Nearly a third of the roughly 50 million elderly Americans who depend on Medicare for their physician care and other health services could see their premiums jump by 52 percent or more next year. That’s because of a quirk in the law that punishes wealthier beneficiaries and others any time the Social Security Administration fails to boost the annual cost of living adjustment.
Unless Congress or Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell intervenes, an estimated 15 million seniors, first-time beneficiaries or those currently claiming dual Medicare and Medicaid coverage will see their premiums jump from $104.90 per month to $159.30 for individuals, according to an analysis by the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College. Higher-income couples would pay multiples of that increase. - Yahoo Finance

Bernie Sanders: Meet the new Marxist, same as the old Marxists

While the Donald Trump phenomenon has made it popular to finally be allowed to ask the questions millions of Americans have been afraid to ask since the advent of political correctness, on the other side of the political ledger another candidate has stepped up to challenge the Progressive status quo.  And yet as independent Bernie Sanders creates new and refreshing discourse to compete against the old guard of Hillary Clinton, the sad truth about the Senator from Vermont is slowly rising to the surface.
And that is, he is just as much a Marxist and European Socialist as the rest of the Democratic party.
In a speech given on July 30 just outside Capital Hill, Senator Sanders called for a single payer system of healthcare that parallels those used in the rest of the ‘industrialized world’ (Europe), and where it would run like Medicare under the complete supervision and control of the Federal government.

Except for healthcare and education no net jobs have been created in economy

Did you ever wonder why Obamacare and Student Loans are so important to President Obama while actual employment in industries like coal, manufacturing, and computer engineering have received little or no support?  It became apparent recently when former Congressman and Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) David Stockman made the bold statement on Sept. 8 that not a single net job has been created in the U.S. economy outside of healthcare and education since July of 2000.

Yes… July of 2000!

Federal Reserve branch bank concludes Obamacare a disaster for businesses

Each month, branch banks for the Federal Reserve send out questionnaires and surveys to businesses as a way to test the climate of the economy.  In the month of August, the Philadelphia branch asked businesses what the full extend and effect so far from the new Affordable Healthcare Act (Obamacare) was, and the responses they received were a disaster.  In the majority of responses, businesses either let go of employees to adjust to the higher costs imposed upon them by the Federal government, moved full time employees to part time status, or, changed benefit plans so that employees would be forced to pay more towards their premiums.

Healthcare Fail: U.S. system considered the worst though it costs the most

Even without the implementation of Obamacare, the American healthcare system has been on the decline for several years.  And as with most government managed systems, which includes both education and the Veterans Administration, the cost of America’s healthcare is the highest costing in the developed world, while being the worst for treatment and care.

Supreme Court and Obamacare: Get ready for small businesses to close their doors

The Supreme Court on June 28 provided the impetus for the end of Constitutional government when they ruled that Federal agencies under the auspices of the Commerce Clause and the right to tax can force any and every citizen to do whatever they see fit.  Under Obamacare, the big winners are Big Pharma, and Big Health organizations.  However, the big, big losers are small businesses, which will start to close their doors en masse, as the ability to pay for universal healthcare destroys their capacity to function in the economy.

•OBAMA'S HEALTH-CARE OVERHAUL UPHELD BY U.S. SUPREME COURT
•5-4 decisions, with Roberts joining the court's liberals.

•Court says federal government can’t threaten to withhold money from states that don’t fully comply on Medicaid extension
•CHIEF JUSTICE ROBERTS SAYS MANDATE IS NOT A VALID EXERCISE OF CONGRESS' POWER UNDER COMMERCE CLAUSE AND NECESSARY AND PROPER CLAUSE

•HEALTH LAW'S MEDICAID EXPANSION LIMITED BY U.S. SUPREME COURT -RTRS
•ROBERTS, JOINED BY TWO JUSTICES, SAYS MEDICAID EXPANSION VIOLATES CONSTITUTION -RTRS

•FOUR JUSTICES DISSENT, SAYING THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT GOES BEYOND -RTRSCONGRESSIONAL POWERS UNDER CONSTITUTION -RTRS
•ScotusBlog conclusion: So the mandate is constitutional

•The bottom line: the entire ACA is upheld, with the exception that the federal government's power to terminate states' Medicaid funds is narrowly read
•The ACA is upheld as a tax, not a penalty - Zerohedge

Be prepared fellow Americans.  The mandates on your lifestyle by the government have just begun.  Even as Mayor Bloomberg in NYC is trying to force people to drink less soda, and consume less salt, so now will the Obama administration's war on obesity become a festival of 'taxation', allowing their ideologies to become reality in forcing you, and your fellow citizens to do whatever policies they feel you should.
